I had tried many protein shakes, and none of them tasted good and most of all didn’t leave me satisfied. From the first day I had signals I couldn’t believe it. I have a shake first thing in the morning to make sure I get my protein and my circadian rhythm started properly. Not only does it taste good but I was not hungry until between noon and 1 o’clock. I get up very early with the sunrise and that’s a long time to be completely satisfied. I also feel more energetic. I am a big fan of chocolate mint, so I purchased an organic sugar-free flavor that I add a couple of drops to the shake and it’s just perfect. Sometimes I feel like having a little bit more chocolate, so I add a teaspoon or two of unsweetened organic cocoa powder. It is part of my morning routine. When I don’t have it, I notice I tend to eat more that day. Thanks team Signals, the best product ever and the best customer service ever!!!
This product has been a lifeline for my process of regaining my health. I had years of chronic pain/illness and had a really hard time eating or preparing food. Although with the Canadian conversion it is an investment, the return has been worth it. I have tried to make combos at home with my own protein powder and ingredients, nothing has the taste, texture, and lasting satiety like Signals. I feel great with it and am now able to make more meals at home and save it for when I need something quick in the morning, if I am out at appointments or if I happen to be experiencing fatigue or a sore stomach and need something quick and gentle for my digestion.
Mixing with ice helps it have a thicker consistency and a portable blender helps if you need it smooth. I can mix it any way and I am fine with the taste and texture.
