SIGNALS™ Satisfaction Shake

Signals has been by far one of the best tasting nutrient dense shakes I have ever had. I typically will use it as a pre-workout to boost my training with protein and MCT energy to fuel my session. I also use it as a meal replacement from time to time. Signals is by far the MOST COMPLETE animal based meal replacement on the market. You will not be disappointed!

I love this product. I blend it with raw milk and find it really lasts. The most wonderful surprise is that it feels very calming to my nervous system. I’m not a shake/smoothie girl usually, but I find I really want to start my day with this and know I’m doing something great for my body,

I will never change protein powders again. This is the first powder I’ve used that I don’t have to add anything to and leaves me satiated, sometimes I need extra carbs but it’s the most filling protein powder I’ve ever tried. It’s easy and it tastes like a milk shake. I blend 3 scoops with 10oz of ice and water and get a 12 oz serving. I’ve also added one scoop to 8oz of milk in my milk steamer for a filling hot chocolate instead of a bed time snack.

I enjoy having two scoops every morning in my protein shake. It tastes delicious and is very satisfying and filling. The only issue is that I have to buy two bags a month to get 30 shakes at only two scoops a day. Costing me $160.00 a month just for my protein powder.
