I had tried many protein shakes, and none of them tasted good and most of all didn’t leave me satisfied. From the first day I had signals I couldn’t believe it. I have a shake first thing in the morning to make sure I get my protein and my circadian rhythm started properly. Not only does it taste good but I was not hungry until between noon and 1 o’clock. I get up very early with the sunrise and that’s a long time to be completely satisfied. I also feel more energetic. I am a big fan of chocolate mint, so I purchased an organic sugar-free flavor that I add a couple of drops to the shake and it’s just perfect. Sometimes I feel like having a little bit more chocolate, so I add a teaspoon or two of unsweetened organic cocoa powder. It is part of my morning routine.
